A power supply semiconductor device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance economical efficiency by reducing a size and a weight of an electronic device and increasing the accuracy of the electronic device. A light emitting unit(110) receives electric energy and generates light energy in a supplying state of the electric energy. A photoelectric conversion unit(120) receives the light energy and generates the electric energy. A light path(130) is formed to transmit the light energy radiated from the light emitting unit to the photoelectric conversion unit. The power conversion unit is composed of two light emitting units, two light paths, and two photoelectric conversion units. The power conversion unit is formed with an AC power conversion unit for receiving AC power and outputting DC power.
