An apparatus and a method for transmitting/receiving data are provided to reduce interference about a proximity data signal by generating a power of a pilot signal smaller than a power of a data signal. An adding part(110) adds a pilot signal to a data signal of a frequency domain. An IFFT(Inverse Fast Fourier Transform) part(120) transforms a data signal of the frequency domain including the pilot signal outputted from the adding part into a signal of a time domain. A protecting section insertion part(130) additionally inserts a protecting section to the signal of the time domain outputted from the IFFT part. A digital to analog converting part(140) converts a digital signal outputted from the protecting section insertion part into an analog signal. A RF processing part(150) includes a filter and components like preprocessing. The RF processing part performs a RF process about a signal outputted from the digital to analog converting part.
