GENE ANALYSIO METHOD FOR GANLY DIAGNOSIS OF PIGS OF SUPERIOR GIROWTH

An early diagnosis method of excellent pig in growth is provided to obtain a specific gene related to production character of pig and select excellent pig species. A method for early diagnosing an excellent pig in growth comprises: a step of collecting blood from a pig and isolating and purifying genomic DNA; a step of making gene sequence of LEP, GYS1, MYF3 and MYF5 gene; a step of making an allele specific primer for diagnosing AS-PCR gene; a step of setting for performing PCR condition of four genes; and a step of analyzing genotype of four genes with AS-PCR method.
