A forcible circulation-typed apparatus for indirect heating and drying of organic sludge is provided to improve drying capability of the sludge and minimize energy consumption according to increase of rotation speed. A forcible circulation-typed apparatus(1) for indirect heating and drying of organic sludge includes an inner agitating vane(5), an outer agitating vane(6), a plurality of streamlined disk-shaped heat transfer plates(10), multistage induction pipes(11), an upper paddle(14), and a lower paddle(15). The inner and the outer agitating vanes are installed on vane supporting bars(4) with different angels to agitate the sludge. The vane supporting bar is fused on an outer surface of fixing clips(12). A steam supply pipe(7) is installed vertically according to an inside circumference direction of an agitating tank vertically, and a steam circulation hole(8) is formed on a stem supply pipe. |
