摘要 Functional Cheonguk-jang(fermented soybeans) containing herbs and a preparation method thereof are provided to secure effective components of herbs while maintaining the specific flavor and taste of Cheonguk-jang by mixing shiitake, Codonopsis root and Houttuynia cordata with Bacillus subtilis CHO47(KCTC18126P). Functional Cheonguk-jang(fermented soybeans) containing herbs comprises 1-30 parts of shiitake, Codonopsis root and Houttuynia cordata and 100 parts of Cheonguk-jang powder with purified water. A method for preparing the Cheonguk-jang powder consists of the following steps of: steaming beans; inoculating Bacillus subtilis CHO47 to the beans; fermenting the beans; and freeze-drying the prepared Cheonguk-jang.
