An automotive noise suppressing pad is provided to improve noise suppressing performance and insulation and improve elasticity due to the unevenness shape of a pad. An automotive noise suppressing pad comprises a glass fiber mat(11), a melting hardening adhesion film(22) and non-woven(30). The glass fiber mat is integrally hardened. The melting hardening adhesion film is equipped between the glass fiber mat and the non-woven. The upper side of the non-woven is formed of concave/convex surfaces. On the concave surface, the melting hardening adhesion film adheres to the non-woven. In the convex surface, the melting hardening adhesion film adheres to the glass fiber mat.
