A flexible flat cable is provided to obtain characteristic impedance required for each of central conducting wires by adjusting differently a thickness of an insulating film at a bonding position of a corresponding central conductive wire according to the characteristic impedance required for each of the central conducting wires. A flexible flat cable includes a plurality of central conducting wires and insulating films(310,320). The insulating films are attached to both sides of the central conducting wires. A laminated structure of the insulating films is formed by laminating the insulating films on the both sides of the central conducting wires. Bonding positions between the insulating films and the central conducting wires have different thicknesses according to the characteristic impedance required for each of the central conducting wires.
