A health management server based on asymmetrical dependency among users and a health management system using a health management server and a method thereof are provided to enable an independent person to analyze provided user information and supply a message to a dependent person to encourage exercise and continuous diet of the dependent person according to the analyzed result. A user information receiving unit(210) receives predetermined user information including a health condition of a user. A dependency management unit(260) sets asymmetrical dependency among users. The dependency management unit provides the user information of the dependent person to the independent person based on the asymmetrical dependency. A prescription information providing unit(230) provides at least one among exercise prescription, nutrition prescription and doctor prescription based on the user information.
