A real time call agency service method is provided to simply and easily supply a desired service to people having terminals through an agency without directly contacting with various service companies. If a service company is selected, a control unit performs communication with a service company selected through a data transmitting and receiving unit(S102). The control unit checks whether the service company can provide a service(S103). If the service company can provide a service, the control unit notifies a subscriber terminal of the fact that the service company can provide a service(S104). The control unit transmits information of a corresponding subscriber terminal to a selected service company to instruct a service(S107). The service company performs a service(S108). The service company transmits a service result to the control unit. |
