A variable air duct is provided to automatically control the quantity of air discharged to the indoor space of a vehicle according to the quantity of air discharged from an air-conditioner. A variable air duct includes a passage(50), a passage plate(60) and a blocking plate(70). The passage includes a flow path(52). The cross section of the flow path increases as the air of an air-conditioner moves into the indoor space of a vehicle. The passage includes a guide groove(51). One end of the passage plate is inserted into the guide groove. The passage plate is moved according to the air volume. The passage plate includes a plurality of penetration holes(61) through which air passes. One end of the blocking plate is inserted into the guide groove and moved according to the air volume. The blocking plate opens and closes the penetration holes.
