A manufacturing apparatus and method of an ignition plug protection cover are provided to manufacture products consecutively without intercepting the pressing process by making the material feed direction the same as the mandrel input direction. A manufacturing apparatus of an ignition plug protection cover comprises a material feed part(10) cutting a tape-shaped material into the predetermined length and transferring the cut materials, a mandrel part(20) which is arranged in order to coincide with the material transfer direction and serves as core in which the material is attached to be shaped, a mold part(30) positioned under the mandrel part, and a press part(40) which is positioned above the mandrel part to press-mold the mandrel part and material together with the mold part.
