A resident card management system for reducing a time and a cost is provided to perform a financial business at a bank by using the resident card and reduce a time and a cost by the user. A user inserts a resident card into a CD(Cash Dispenser) or an ATM(Automatic Teller Machine). A resident card management system decides an account opened as a name of the user on a screen of CD or ATM. The user uses accounts displayed on the screen of CD or ATM and the financial business is performed. The resident card management system performs the financial business at the bank. |
