A system and a method for naming a service of an SCA(Software Communications Architecture) based application component are provided to supply a high-speed naming service by obtaining the arrangement information of SCA application components from hostcollcation elements of an SAD file. An arrangement information analysis module(901) analyses the arrangement information of components, which configure an application, from a software assembly descriptor file, and a database module(902) stores the arrangement information of the component and a naming service development result. A naming service development module(903) receives the arrangement information of components from the database module. The naming service development module provides the development result of naming service to the database module.
