A device for charging and discharging a battery is provided to obtain data accurately in a charging process and a discharging process by reducing capacity deviation of the battery. A current charge/discharge piece(111) increases a contact area between a lift piece(1) and a battery to minimize the heat generated when the lift piece contacts the battery. An assembly and disassembly unit performs the assembly and disassembly between the current charge/discharge piece and the lift piece. The assembly and disassembly unit is comprised of a screw tube(101) and a screw hole(114). A receiving space unit is formed in the lower center of the current charge/discharge piece for receiving the electrode piece of the battery. A contact surface is formed in the lower part of the current charge/discharge piece. The contact surface is in contact with the surface of a fixing nut of the battery.
