A level shift circuit and a method thereof are provided to reduce the number of devices by excluding a full-latch circuit in a feedback latch circuit. An input driver circuit(10) is operated in a high operation voltage level and a low operation voltage level. An output of the input driver circuit is connected to a capacitor(15). The input driver circuit stores voltage difference between both ends of the capacitor. An output driver circuit(20) is connected to the capacitor. The output driver circuit includes an output driver circuit(24) operated in the high operation voltage level and the low operation voltage level. The output driver circuit includes a feedback latch circuit(22) which maintains an input node A of the output driver circuit in a target value level by a feedback control mechanism. |
