#CMT# #/CMT# The cloth has multiple tuft yarns e.g. polypropylene, polyester or polyamide-based tuft yarn, thermally anchored to the cloth by fusing the tuft yarns together at rear side of the cloth that is produced from non-melting natural fibers or tapes e.g. cotton, wool or jute. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Floor cloth for a tufted carpet. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The tuft yarns are thermally anchored to the cloth by fusing the tuft yarns together at rear side of the cloth that is produced from non-melting natural fibers or tapes, thus improving thermal stability of the cloth, and anchoring the yarns without losing the quality due to shrinkage, distortion and curvature while enabling separation of the yarns and the cloth to provide an extra layer of thermoplastic melting for forming additional binding among the cloth and the yarns. |
