A sludge cake leveling apparatus comprising a pulverizing unit is provided to improve work efficiency according to sludge treatment and to perform crushing and leveling operation of sludge cake rapidly. A sludge cake leveling apparatus includes a pair of traveling rails(100), a girder(200), and a leveling unit(300). The leveling unit includes a pair of support members(310), a space panel(320), a crushing unit(330), and a rotary interference member. On both sides of the support member, a first stopper(311) and a second stopper(312) are installed. The space panel is fixed by hinges(321) located between the support members. The crushing unit includes at least one cutter(331), a driving unit(332), a chain(333), and a tension control unit(334). A rotary shaft(335) is installed on the top of the cutter. The rotary shaft is rotationally supported by two supporting brackets(336a,336b). |
