A nozzle device for molding the twisted tteok (rice cake), and the twisted doughnut are provided to allow the twisted doughnut to be produced massively in a widely used molding device and to allow the hygienic and quick order to be processed. A nozzle device for molding the twisted tteok comprises a supply nozzle, a molding unit, and a motor. The nozzle device produces tteok from the dough supplied in a kneading hopper(2) by using a sump(5) and a nozzle tub(6). The supply nozzle(10) is inserted and attached through the mounting hole of the nozzle tub, is mounted to a fixed cap by using the helix, and is provided with a channel(11) mounted by interposing a bushing in an outer diameter so as to supply dough. The molding unit is in contact with the channel of the supply nozzle, is interposed with a housing so as to be mounted so as to rotate, and is provided with a molding hole for molding ∞ shape of the same. The motor(30) comprises a gear whose tooth form is formed into the outer diameter of the molding unit integrally so as to deliver the rotating force. |
