A safety device of a USB port for connecting electronic equipment of a car is provided to safely eject a USB memory device without damage to data, and to offer an interrupt signal to a host device when the USB memory device is interrupted. A rotative port unit has a port hole for inserting USB memory devices to connect the inserted USB memory devices. The rotative port unit is rotatively installed to have a rotative position in a right place of the port hole. Rotative detection sensors(5) detect a rotative state and the right place of the rotative port unit. If it is detected that the rotative port unit is in rotative state, a host unit(6) decides that the USB memory devices connected to the port hole want to be ejected. The host unit terminates transceiving of data, and controls so that power is off. |
