A solid filling type tube for a rubber boat and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase the surface strength of the tube by coating the same with poly urea resin having high strength, high elasticity, and high abrasion resistance, thereby preventing the tube from strong impact. A solid filling type tube for a rubber boat includes a plurality of unit filling foams(4), an inside filler(5), upper and lower claddings(6,7), and a solid filling type tube. The unit filling foams are formed in the cylindrical shape by compressing foamed polyethylene or foamed polyurethane under high density. The unit filling foams are connected in serial by thermal fusion or adhesive to form the inside filler in the "O" or "U" shape entirely in the plane view. The unit filling foams surrounds the outer periphery of an upper hull of the rubber boat entirely or except rear side. The upper and lower claddings are formed of poly urea resin in the shape matching with upper and lower outer surfaces of the inner filler respectively. The upper and lower claddings are doped with urethane adhesive on inner surfaces by a uniform thickness and attached to the upper and lower outer surfaces of the inner filler respectively.
