METHOD FOR DRYING GYPSUM MICROWAVE

摘要

A method for drying chemical gypsum with microwave is provided to obtain the high quality of cement additive by irradiating microwave to dry the adhesive water of the chemical gypsum. A method for drying chemical gypsum with microwave evaporates the moisture contained in the chemical gypsum including flue-gas desulfurization gypsum and phosphoric acid chemical gypsum. The inside of the chemical gypsum is heated up with the microwave having 2.45GHz frequency and the 700~3000W output of magnetron and the moisture is evaporated.
