An inner surface lining method of a pipe is provided to improve reliability by semi-permanently maintaining lifetime. An old inner surface of an outer pipe is trimmed and cleaned and is coated with rust preventive to prevent rust. The flat board of resin material is prepared. A plurality of resin pipes are manufactured by rolling the flat board in a circular shape(S20). The resin pipes are thermally fused respectively and the length of the inner pipe is longer than the length of the outer pipe(S30). A cable rolled with the winding machine passes through the inside of the outer pipe and is joined on the one end of the inner pipe being inserted into one side of the outer pipe(S40). The inner pipe is inserted into the inside of the outer pipe by pulling the cable at the other side of the outer pipe(S50). The joint of the cable is released after inserting the inner pipe. The bent inner pipe is widened by supplying air or fluid inside the inner pipe in order that the inner pipe adheres closely to the inner surface of the outer pipe.
