A multiplex detection method on a microfluid chip is provided to detect a plurality of antigens at once by controlling fluorescent molecules. A multiplex detection method on a microfluid chip(100) comprises: a step of providing fluorescence particles(125) containing fluorescence molecules; a step of reacting a plurality of antigens with fluorescence particles through the movement of fluid sample to form antigen-fluorescence particle complex; a step of reacting a fixed antibodies with antigen-fluorescence particle complex to form antibody-antigen-fluorescence particle complex; and a step of measuring wave length and fluorescence sensitivity.
