A terminal equipped with a multiple antenna improving the performance of a receiver is provided to select a receiving mode according to the size of the interference of the inter-cell signal. A plurality of reception-antennas receives a received signal. A first MIMO(Multiple Input Multiple Output) processing unit(150) unites the received signal in a signal combiner method and a first estimated signal is obtained. A second MIMO processing unit(160) obtains the second estimated signal from the received signal in consideration of the interferential signal from the neighboring base station in an inter-cell space multiplexing technique. A reception processor(180) selects one among the first estimated signal and the second estimated signal and a data restoration is performed.
