An incombustible resin polystyrene frame and an architectural interior material molding are provided to minimize smoke and harmful material generated in plastic combustion by forming flame resisting and non-combustion agent through a mixing process. An incombustible resin polystyrene frame and an architectural interior molding is manufactured by mixing flame retardant additive 10Kg and noncombustible additive 20Kg to resin. The mixture is heated up at 60°C~80°C and is mixed in a mixture machine and is pulverized through a single screw in a prime mover cylinder by injecting raw material into a hopper of an extrusion prime mover. The mixture is fused at the temperature of about 150°C and passes through an auxiliary dies, dies, a auxiliary mold and a mold and is cooled in the water tub at the same time when hot stamping foil is performed on the molding top surface. The mixture is completed into a product while passing through a withdrawer and a cutter. |
