An air intake filter unit of a vehicle is provided to prevent HC from being excessively absorbed to a second filter filtering HC. An air intake filter unit(1) of a vehicle comprises a filter casing(10), a first filter(21), a second filter(22), a valve(30) and a valve operation unit(40). As to the filter casing, an intake flow path(15) is formed in inside. As to the filter casing, the suction part(11) is formed in the bottom side. As to the filter casing, the exhausting part(12) is formed in the upper. The second filter is prepared to be located with the first filter in the upper of the intake flow path. In the second filter is the engine, HC(hydrocarbon) generated in the combustion is filtered. The first flow path(P1) which passes through the first filter when the valve operation part is the engine cold condition is closed. The valve is rotated so that the second fluid path(P2) passing through the second filter be opened.
