CONTROLLING METHODE DRIVING APPARATUS FOR BLDC MOTOR

A method for controlling a sensorless BLDC motor drive unit is provided to generate synchronization error between a magnet of a rotator and a rotating field of a stator in order to prevent start fault. A method for controlling a sensorless BLDC motor drive unit comprises the following steps of: supplying synchronous operation current to a sensorless BLDC motor in order to accelerate a rotator(202); determining whether the speed of the rotator coincides with preset speed or not(204); producing a commanded position and estimated position of the rotator when the estimated speed is accord with the preset speed(205); producing the deviation between the commanded position and estimated position of the rotator(206); and increasing the synchronous operation current when the produced deviation is greater than a preset value.
