A supplying apparatus of a cord yarn for an embroidery machine is provided to improve productivity greatly with high speed rotation by using separate motor and a drive gear. A supplying apparatus of a cord yarn for an embroidery machine includes a drive gear and a driven gear. The drive gear(6) is connected with a motor(4) installed at around each needle(10) through a support frame(2). A front side of the drive gear includes a needle hole(8a) and a cord yarn supply hole(8b) through a support plate(2a). The driven gear is combined with the drive gear.
