FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing meat-and-vegetable canned food. Method involves preparation of the recipe components, cutting and freezing greens, freezing fresh green peas, mixing the listed components without access for oxygen with table salt and hot black pepper, cutting, stuffing with pork fat and frying in the melted fat beef, packing beef, the obtained mixture and melted fat, sealing and sterilisation. ^ EFFECT: invention provides for producing new canned food with high digestibility as compared to similar cookery dish. |
