FIELD: mechanical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to earth-moving machine of type bulldozer. Bulldozer equipment includes breast, on butts of which there are installed free-wheeling disc with cogged cutting edge, directed by its working flanks to the center of breast. On side working face of discs there are fixed screw blades with multidirectional spirals. On butts of breast at the same axis with saw blades there are installed wheels with pneumatic with regulated air pressure. Diametre of screw blades is implemented less the cavity diametres of cogged cutting edge of discs, parametres of which are defined from the ratios: de ëñ 2rm ; dc ëñ 2rd, where de - discs external diametre; dc - the cavity diametres of cogged cutting edge of discs; rm - theoretical rolling radius with pneumatic; rd - dynamic rolling radius with pneumatic. ^ EFFECT: expansion of process capability of equipment by means of effectiveness increase of development of compact ground. ^ 3 dwg |
