FIELD: personal use articles. ^ SUBSTANCE: handle unit is used for vacuum cleaner of vertical type. Handle unit has flexible hose, one end of which is made so that it can be attached to the basic case of vacuum cleaner; movable portion for handle move in the process of work and rigid sleeve adapter. The second end of the flexible hose is attached to the handle, rigid sleeve adapter is movably attached to handle providing sliding, thus it can be moved from the first position, where rigid sleeve adapter projects from handle into flexible hose, and the second position, where rigid sleeve adapter projects from the handle in the direction of flexible hose. Movable cup covers one end of tube rod and is installed at the handle and can be latched when tube rod is in the first position. Movable cup has a bearing part on the side facing sleeve adapter. Bearing part has contact surface contacting with rigid sleeve adapter while it is being moved from the first position to the second. ^ EFFECT: increase of reliability of handle unit work and facilitated use of it because there is no necessity to attach other parts before usage; preventing of time spending and energy losses on detaching the handle from the adapter, orientation regulation due to possibility of easy holding and handle unit moving while cleaning surfaces located higher than floor level. ^ 16 cl, 9 dwg |
