FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: recipe components are prepared. Raw onions are breaded with wheat flour and fried in melted fat. Sugar peas and herbs are cut and frozen. The said ingredients are mixed up with table salt and CO2-extract of pyrolised wood under oxygen-free conditions. Ham is cut, covered with table mustard and fried in melted fat. Ham, the obtained mixture and melted fat are packed. Then sealed and sterilised. ^ EFFECT: invention allows manufacturing of canned food with increased digestibility. |
