FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to production of preserved food for dietary meals. Canned food is cooked by potatoes and raw onions cutting, blanching and mincing, carrots blanching and mincing and mincing herbs, catfish fillet mincing. Specified components are mixed without oxygen access with fish broth and table salt. The resultant mixture is packaged, vacuum-sealed and sterilised. ^ EFFECT: invention allows manufacturing of canned food with increased digestibility. |
