Pre-processed dill is chopped and exposed to freezing, preferably - at a fast rate. Pre-processed beef is sliced and chopped. The listed ingredients mixed with table salt under oxygen free conditions. The resultant mixture and drinking water are packaged at given ratio of components, vacuum-sealed and sterilised which to obtain target product. ^ EFFECT: invention allows to increase digestibility of culinary dish. |
