FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to urology, and can be used in differential diagnostics of chronic abacterial prostatitis forms. Substance of the method: blood of the patient is analysed for nitrogen oxide content released with macrophage NO-synthase. NO content developed with phagocyte blood cells 23 [n/M 2105 cells] 10-3 and more allows diagnosing the inflammatory chronic abacterial prostatitis (CAP), while the content 16 [n/M 2105 cells]10-3 and lower shows the noninflammatory CAP. ^ EFFECT: high-reliable and informative differential diagnostics of abacterial prostatitis forms. ^ 2 ex
