The following engineering solutions are proposed in the invention:- multilane highway with ramps for drive in and out on the right side in each direction, erected on supports (bridge piles) over along the multi-track railway;- area for parking, arranged on the piles extensions as the second level built 1.5-2 meters wider then the highway to protect it from atmospheric fallout;- commercial construction build over the parking area as third and following floors with service facilities, offices, shops, storages, as well as other facilities which needs for their activities nearby presence of thoroughfare and parking, connected with railway and highway by freight elevators. |
