FIELD: oil and gas industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to maintenance method of underground equipment of oil-well, a particularly to maintenance method of pumping rods. Suggested maintenance method of pumping rods includes radiation monitoring, surface cleaning against accumulation of paraffin, salt and asphaltenes, visual and instrument control, heads cutting of pumping rods, upset of new heads, thermal treatment, hot melting, cooling, bead-blasting treatment of pumping rod body, mechanical operation of rods heads. Additionally sections of pumping rod body with inadmissible defects are hardened and imparted corrosion stability by overlay on it of shells. Additionally joint faces of shells are treated beforehand up to the metallic luster, the on it is applied glue with high adhesive capacity, after what they are squeezed up to the tight contiguity of joint faces of shells and pumping rod, and after isolation pressure on shell is removed and there are created conditions for glue polymerisation. ^ EFFECT: increasing of load-carrying ability and corrosion stability of the major-weared rods sections ensured by it is increased maintained rods volume, involved into the operation. |
