FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed device for refining oil can be used in petrochemical and oil refining industry and is meant for improving oil parametres during drilling. Electrodes 4 form a conversion zone 2, located in the lower part of container 1 and are made in form of metal gauze coiled into a bobbin, the cells of which have branches in form sharp needles 5. The container is earthed. The device have two or more conversion zones 2, joined together in parallel or in series, which allows for increasing intensity of the process of improving parametres of the oil several times.
