摘要 FIELD: instrument engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: optical device for measuring angular coordinates consists of a focusing receiving optical system, first polariser, first beam divider, absorbing wedge, rotary wedge, second beam divider, second polariser, first photodetector, second photodetector, third photodetector, first amplifier, first divider, transducer, second amplifier, the second divider and a recording unit. Focusing receiving optical system, the first polariser, the first beam divider, absorbing wedge, rotary wedge, the second beam divider, the second polariser and the first photodetector are located in series on optical axis. The second photodetector is located on the way of the beam reflected from the second beam divider, and the third photodetector is located on the way of the beam reflected from the first beam divider. Output of the first photodetector is connected to input of the first amplifier, output of the first amplifier is connected to the first input of the first divider, and output of the first divider is connected to input of amplifier. Output of the second photodetector is connected to the first input of the second divider and the second input of the first divider. Output of the third photodetector is connected to input of the second amplifier, output of the second amplifier is connected to the second input of the second divider, transmisison gradient of the absorbing wedge is parallel to X-axis of focal plane of focusing receiving optical system, and gradient of rotation angle of rotary wedge is parallel to Y-axis of focal plane of focusing receiving optical system. Output of the second divider is connected to the first input of the recording unit, and output of transducer is connected to the second input of the recording unit. In addition, it includes a diaphragm, diaphragm drive, the third beam divider and an ocular. Diaphragm is located in focal plane of focusing receiving optical system between the latter and the absorbing wedge. Output of diaphragm drive is connected to control input of diaphragm, and the third beam divider is located on optical axis between rotary wedge and the first photodetector.
