FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: device for moulding of ceramic products from aqueous slips comprises water-absorbing matrix, passive core, which consists of support flange with aligning stem and shaping cone with easily deformable coating, elements of coaxial installation of core in matrix, pouring nozzle installed in lower part of device and make-up tanks installed on top of core flange. At that total volume of make-up tanks exceeds volume of slip for make-up with account of addition for flaking. Besides, between mating ends of support flange and shaping cone, elastically deformable gasket is installed, and on all or part of surface of shaping cone there is easily deformable coat made of multilayer porous polyethylene with thickness of 0.5-3.0 mm, at that easily deformable coat has external layer. ^ EFFECT: increased quality of products and simplified technology. ^ 3 cl, 3 dwg |
