FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for processing of powdered and solid materials at temperatures up to 700C and pressures up to 500 MPa. Proposed gas state contains water-cooled force container, sealed closed by top and bottom plugs, one of which is implemented with evacuation hole and feeding of working gas, forming working chamber, inside of which there are installed heat insulating cap, heater, table, in the inner cavity of which it is located heat in-sulation, installed on bottom plug and basket for blanks, located on table. Gas state is outfitted by thermocouples in hermetic metal cases. To each case it is welded bush with rings, connected to each other and metal case by welding. On ands of thermocouples cases there are installed heads in the form of cups, welded to cases nearby location of thermojunction. Plugs are outfitted by seal assemblies, consisting of flexible seal, bearing the plastically deformed ring at high gas pressure, and anti-extrusion metal ring. Additionally table is rigidly connected to bottom plug and basket for blanks is installed on the table with axial play equal to 0.1-0.5 of basket external radius. ^ EFFECT: manufacturing capability enhancement, increasing of heating uniformity of blanks and workability of thermocouples, heat losses saving, operation reliability enhancement and prevention of basket contact ability with heater. ^ 3 dwg |
