FIELD: oil and gas industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to petroleum geophysics and provided for control of curvature of drilled holes. Unit of deviation survey transformers contains: hermetic enclosure, poured by silicon-organic liquid, movable frame with eccentric load, installed in body on bearing and bearing with rolling elements between inner race bearing and outer race bearing, transformer of deflector angle of setting, unit of zenith angle, unit of azimuth angle, and also low-moment current pickup. Additionally bearing from the side of azimuth angle unit is implemented with diametre, commensurate to diametre of movable frame with eccentric load (bearing diametre can be equal to the diametre of movable frame or differs from it with a little tolerance). Outer race bearing of specified bearing is fixed to the movable frame by screws, and inner race bearing is outfitted by hollow for location of rolling element (balls) and allows thread for fixing to reciprocal thread of hermetic enclosure. ^ EFFECT: accuracy increasing of directional survey measurements ensured by providing of position stability of the frame with loads, by means of increasing of lag effect of movable frame, on which there are measuring units. ^ 2 dwg |
