FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: recipe components are prepared. Tomatoes are sliced and fried in tallow. Green beans and herbs are cut and frozen. The said ingredients are mixed up with table salt and CO2-extract of pyrolised wood under oxygen-free conditions. Ham is cut, covered with table mustard and fried in melted fat. Ham, the obtained mixture and melted fat are packed. Then sealed and sterilised. ^ EFFECT: invention allows manufacturing of canned food with increased digestibility. |
