FIELD: physics, alarm. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to methods for counterfeit protection of valuables and may be used for counterfeit protection of museum valuables, including paintings, jewellery, and also costly medications, intellectual property objects, banknotes, credit and other securities, and also for provision of possibility for their further authentication with application of technical facilities. On valuable item passive protective facility of specified structure is created, and material used is metal having flat surface with rough edges of nanosize level. At that detected informative criterion used is reverse scattering of intense laser radiation by flat surface. Probing radiation used is intense laser radiation with low duration of impulses in range from near ultraviolet to near infrared range of wave lengths, including visible optical range. Identification of authentic protected item is carried out by means of comparison of informative criteria in optical response of protective facility to mentioned external action with informative criteria contained in database of detection facility. ^ EFFECT: provision of counterfeit protection of museum valuables. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg |
