FIELD: engines and pumps, chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: ultrasound mixer comprises a vertical mixing chamber, its top surface accommodating, along the mixing chamber axis, a branch pipe furnished with channels for feeding components to be mixed. The chamber bottom outer surface accommodates an outlet pipe with its axis being perpendicular to that of the mixing chamber. The working gas feeding nozzles are arranged regularly around the chamber circular surface communicated by a manifold and enveloping the aforesaid branch pipe. Ultrasound converters are arranged on the chamber outside bottom surface, right below the outlet pipe. The ultrasound coveter radiating surface is located perpendicular to the axis of symmetry of mixing chamber. Working gas discharge holes are made in the mixing chamber wall, just above the outlet pipe. ^ EFFECT: higher homogeneity resulted from higher degree of components' dispersion. ^ 1 dwg |
