FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to physiotherapy. The mode involves radon bathes every second day with therapeutic course 8-10 procedures. The other days imply application of schungite paste produced by mixing schungite powder of particle size of 40 mcm and water in equal ratio. Paste is applied for 1 - 1.5 hours on joint region. The therapeutic course is 5-6 applications. ^ EFFECT: mode improves clinical effectiveness ensured by considerable reduction of pain syndrome and improved function of the affected joints. ^ 1 tbl
