FIELD: heating. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to direct conversion of heat power (gas burners, primus stoves, fires etc) into electric power and can be implemented in thermo-electric generators implemented mainly for electric power supply and charging of mobile devices, for example, radio sets, mobile telephones, JPS receivers etc, and also for local lightning. The generator consists of "hot" and cooling heat exchangers, of a thermo-electric battery, whereto heat exchangers adjoin, and of leads. A thermal siphon or heat tube is used as the "hot" heat exchanger; they correspond to a tube with a chamber evaporating working body at one end and with a chamber for it condensing at another end. The thermal siphon is equipped with a converting device made in form of a case, wherein a package is installed; the package consists of a condensing chamber; to the chamber successively at least on one side there are connected at least one thermo-electric battery and at least one cooling heat exchanger, for example, a radiator of convective heat exchange with air. ^ EFFECT: upgraded operational characteristics of thermo-electric generator, notably achieving greater compactness, complete autonomy and increased operation life of generator. ^ 8 cl, 3 dwg |
