FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to physiology and pharmaceutics. The method is ensured by preparing convoluted brain section with registering initial and following subsequent parametres after the sections are incubated in pentylenetetrazol medium. Effect is evaluated in comparing the initial and following parametres. Therefor the prepared sections are placed in pentylenetetrazol (chemoconvulsant) in epileptogenic concentration 1-10 mkg/ml, dissolved in incubatory medium in volume 1 ml, and kept for 15 minutes. Then pentylenetetrazol effect is stopped and followed by effect of hsp-70 in concentration 1 mg/ml within 30 minutes. Thereafter the sections are washed with physiologic saline with registering the caused bioelectric activity of cells. Presence or absence of epileptic categories shows effect of hsp-70 on nervous cell integrity in simulated epilepsy. ^ EFFECT: evaluated activity of specified set of protein hsp-70. ^ 2 tbl, 1 ex |
