A compressible polyurethane layer with outer and inner surfaces on or for a rotationally symmetrical body, which layer is optionally expanded, but includes thermoplastic hollow spheres is new. An independent claim is included for preparation of the layer by application of a freshly prepared mixture of diisocyanate and polyol or polyamine by rotational casting on a cylindrical carrier, where one or both components contain optionally expanded hollow spheres, and the polyurethane layer is optionally pulled off the carrier and optionally cut up. - |
