The base has a removable damping unit (4) i.e. damper, adjusting a position of a male fixation unit (9) i.e. stud, along an inversed U shaped section (2). Locking components (7) cooperate with adjusting units e.g. oblong slots and holes, of the section, a rectangular shaped hollow section (3) and removable fixation devices (6) for adjusting a position of the fixation devices along the sections. The sections are made of composite material such as resin, and the locking components are made of stainless steel. The damper has a medium layer made of vibration isolation material such as elastomer.
